Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale apply to any order placed by an approved professional account (B2B or dropshipping) on the Kinkyx-latex platform.

1. Scope

The Kinkyx-latex platform is reserved exclusively for professional latex fashion resellers. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Account and access

Access to pricing and ordering is only possible after creating an account and manual approval by our team. An unapproved account cannot place orders.

3. Prices

Displayed prices are excluding tax, based on the account's pricing tier (B2B or dropshipping) and the ordered quantity bracket. A volume discount applies to B2B accounts from €500 excl. VAT (-5%) and €1,000 excl. VAT (-10%) of purchases. Intra-EU VAT is reverse-charged for accounts outside France holding a valid VAT number.

4. Order and payment

Payment is made by card at the time of ordering, or on account (invoiced) for B2B accounts approved for this option.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped for home delivery, within France and the European Union. Shipping is free from €250 excl. VAT of purchases; below that, its cost is calculated and shown before the order is confirmed.

6. Invoicing

An invoice is issued for every order and made available to the customer in their account area.

7. Returns and complaints

Any complaint regarding a non-conformity or defect in a delivered product must be reported within 14 days of receipt, to the address shown in our legal notice.

8. Warranty

Products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions set out by applicable law.

9. Liability

Kinkyx-latex cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold, nor for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the publisher's registered office.
